I had included in my warranty claim that some of the ceiling panels were wet, and the roof had been leaking since day one. I have a high end moisture meter I use in my work, and used it to determine the panels were soaked. Since the surface is vinyl, there is no stain, and no warning until the roof rots out or someone gets sick from mold exposure. Of course, Four Winds stated that their moisture test indicates no water damage found.

This afternoon I removed a couple trim pieces on the ceiling and sure enough, there is mold growing between the panels. I am also sure there is mold behind the vinyl as well. I posted a couple photos that clearly show the water staining on the trim as well as the mold growth. There is no visible water stains on the ceiling.
