Question on TST 507 flow through TPMS

I have just purchased the TST 507 with flow-through sensors TPMS setup for my motorhome it has not arrived yet.
It is a 2007 Jayco Seneca 34SS with the aluminum outer wheels front and rear.
The rears have the fill valve extensions, and the sensors will mount OK.
My question is to someone with a similar setup.
Will the sensors fit on the front wheels as is or will I need to install extensions?

Because of the short valve stem on the front wheels. I had problems installing the sensors. When I got my new tires last year. Tire dealer installed 1" longer stems. Solved the problem.
