No power to 12V Outlets:

I too lost power to those outlets once. Mine was a blown fuse in the panel just in front of the pass.dash. I believe you gain access to the fuse block with 10mm socket. Double check the fuses again and I think you find the problem.

I looked in the manual and the fuse that should power the outlets is good so one at a time I checked every fuse in the panel on the dash thats accessed via the two 10 MM bolts NO luck!

The fuse is fuse number 8 in the panel in front of the passenger seat. I had it blow several times and finally put a 20A circuit automatic resetting circuit breaker and no more problems.

Check fuse #19. Also check to see if there is power on fuse connectors.
