NHTSA RV Recall - 2008

Was looking over the Nat Hwy Safety recall list to check out my new (to me) '07 Seneca and came across two recalls. In case any of you missed them http://tinyurl.com/2a89shc. . .

• 1,265 (2005-2008) Jayco Seneca '35GS,' (2007-2008) Greyhawk '33DS' and '32SS' motorhomes. The conduit clamp on the copper liquid propane tube feeding the slideout is incorrectly placed.

• 1,673 (2005-2008) Jayco Seneca motorhomes. An electrical short can occur if the battery cables were not tucked into the compartment in a manner that does not allow the cables to be pinched between the battery slide tray and the compartment door.

The 32SS was a false alarm. I had to send them photos of my lines (a couple of years ago) as Jayco, for some reason, didn't realize they were not in a slide out like the 33DS. So 32SS owners can relax.
