Diesel Performance Module August 01, 2008, 06:20:33 pm Yahoo Message Number: 1534Has anyone tried the diesel performance module from US Diesel Chips> Iam told it really boosts the milage on the Duramax to about 13mpg. Itdoes not interact with the engine computer so no warranty issue. Ihave ordered one and will test it soon to see if it really does what itsays. Anyway if you do not see improvement it is guaranteed for oneyear. Dane Quote Selected

Hope you specifically ordered it foryour model truck. Most popular power upgrade on diesel place for the MD truck isEFILive. PPE also makes one that works. Quote Selected

Will have to wait and see butaccording to usdiesel web site it looks pretty easy and does notregister or use the on board computer so no warranty issues. Dane, "Ron Hall" wrote: Quote Selected

Re: Diesel Performance Module Reply #5 – March 20, 2009, 07:59:55 pm Yahoo Message Number: 2345Dane: I don't know anything about the US Diesel chips. We run a "Bully dog" program and use the trailer tow economy program this adds 40 additional HP. When we use the chip we get 12.5 to 13.0 MPG and this is towing a Honda Pilot. Without the program we get a real constant 9.5 to 10.0. It's also a code reader in case you need to read any code's that might be in the system. It' s easy to load and unload and you get good company support with upgrade's supported by the internet. Work's for us. Bob & Carol 2006 PonyXpress 34' Duramax 6.6 Quote Selected
