Hey gang,
I have the GS Conquest 6316, which has the generator mounted in the
most forward compartment on the drivers side, under the slideout.
Just curious what others might have done to install a Genturi to the
generator exhaust. I could reroute it forward a short distance towards
the cab, but then it would be close to the slideout seal. I thought
about rereoutting it towards the rear, but that is a long ways, could
create too much backpressure. Or just add an extension when the
slideout is in the out postion.
Any others out there deal with this issue?
Thanks,
Bill

Our generator is under the rear slide. Exhaust came out side under
slide. Not good. Went to a local muffler shop with rough dimensions of
how I wanted tailpipe made. In about 10 minutes they bent it and
supplied the pipe for $20. GS now makes all the same model as ours
with generator exhaust running out rear of MH. This allows us to
bungee strap the Gen-Turi to rear ladder. Have not needed to use it
much. But it does work good. You may be able to run yours forward to
cab step then put Gen -Turi up next to mirror. Not sure it would work
but may be worth looking at that option.
