Back to Jayco

I am going back to Jayco 21 Mar for some more slide issues. Is there anything I can do for anyone while I am there. Dane

Yes Dane.

I have an 09 Jayco Seneca HD 35GS. I want to add a handicap assist bar in the water closet stall and haven't found anything or any place sturdy enough to attach it to. Would you ask they for their suggestions. I am having both knees replaced and an assist bar would be most helpful.

Gail, if you have trouble finding what you want you might give this a try since it is inexpensive.

I have to say I'm impressed with the two extremely powerful suction cups. Pushing the levers on them requires some force and they stick so well getting them off is much tougher than putting them on.

Thanks Don,

I actually have one of the suction bars in my shower at home. I am not sure it would stay secure on the wallboard of the MoHo because the wallboard is not completely smooth. But yes, they do hold very strongly on the smooth fiberglass of the shower. I was looking for something more permanent. I have a little bit of time before the knees get done so I will take it along and try it on our next trip. Have a Turkey Hunt and Fishing Trip planned for next month when hubby retires for the 3rd and hopefully final time.

Yes, you would have a problem as it doesn't hold on to the wallboard very long. Our MH doesn't have a grip on the outside next to the door. There is a long bar just inside the door. I have put our Get a Grip on the MH outside the door and it really attaches itself to the fibreglass like it is screwed in. I'd been wondering about using it like this and this afternoon put it on. My concern was weather or not it could pull the fibreglass away from the rest of the wall.

Good luck in your search. Having knees that are also on the way I'm not looking forward to replacements.
