Outside assist handle - good contact

I had some issues with my assist handle outside the door and located the person who hooked me up with parts, direct from the manufacturer. Her name is Rhonda Van Oss, and she works for ITC in the Midwest. Anyway, for parts, including luminated handles, mounting brackets, etc., you can email her at .
She took care of us and cut us a break on the price. Also, the screws they used to secure mine were galvies and a SOB to get out. Had to drill the heads off of one, and two broke off. Still working on getting one out. I bought some stainless at the local store to replace the old ones and should be good to go. Anyway, happy trails. And to those in warmer climates - :P It's still snowy in NW Washington.
