ScanGauge II or ScanGuage D

Yahoo Message Number: 11088
Which of these do I want to get? They are "on sale" at Camping World for $134.97

It seems like the ScanGauge D is for big CAT etc. type of motors?

I have the Duramax Diesel motor [2007.5]

Be well,

I have a Seneca with Duramax Diesel and I have the ScanGuage II . It is great.

I can't find the link to the codes anymore. Anyone have it handy?

Our Kodiak's have connectors for both the II and D. Unless you are planning on get a diesel pusher I would go with the II. It can be used to reset codes on your toad or other vehicles.
Latest versions of the Scangauge II have most of the gauges already programed.

The manufacturer just sent me an email message indicating the ScanGauge II too!

Thanks!

hi all i have a question with the scan gauge D i believe you can read egt temps that the scan 11 does not .egt is very important as I have a ppe programmer and it can get hot quickly .

I do not think you can read EGT's with either model unless you already have a sensor. There is one on the 2007.5. But it is in the exhaust pipe not at exhaust header.
