Something weird just started happening.
When I turn my Onan 5500 genie on it kills the Duramax 6.6 engine,.. possible electrical problem?

I would start with grounds for both truck and generator.

Never had that happen. Do you have one of those Auxillary buttons on your dash that connects the coach and house batteries (or at least I think that what it does)?

Low battery or loose battery terminals. A bad cell can hide behind an otherwise full charge. I'm only a shade tree mechanic.
