I contacted Jayco with my question regarding the gray water tanks and this is the info, just in case someone else needs to know.
"On the Grey water tanks. The front bathroom grey tank capacity is 41 gallons and the full bathroom’s grey tank capacity is 41gallons. Also, each tank is dedicated to each bathroom. They don’t have cross over tubes. "
