MAF Sensor Saga

Three days of trouble shooting and still nowhere. GM Help Desk sucks, tremendous latencies in call / return call and terrible hours. The did speak with the local 'rep' who has some serious suggestions yesterday that are being looked into today.

Due to the intermittent nature of the CEL the suspicion is that they have seen some wiring harness chaffing which they are digging into now. They say that if the sensor was bad, dirty etc. the fault show up right away predictably? Well I would have cleaned the MAF Sensor with the proper GM MAF sensor cleaner and tool and put it back too. Will see what happens.

We are trying to get to Santa Barbara for Summer Solstice!!
