Jayco factory service

I sent Tammy Baker (yes, that is her name) at Jayco an email
yesterday to try and book an appointment so we could stop there before
heading to FLA for the winter. Email bounced saying no such account
(we'd gone back and forth last spring) so I'm assuming she is no
longer with Jayco. I've sent Les a note asking him to make the
appointment.

Has anyone been to Jayco recently and if so do you know who is heading
up the service reception area now?

If you guys remember I told you when I was at the factory that she was
fired and should have been. I did not know about Les as he seemed to
be one of the guys who listened and helped. Anyway with all the
complaints I guess they are cleaning house to get customer service back

I agree she should have been fired. I couldn't believe what she said was acceptable quality. Bontrager's ears would have been burning had he been listening to her.
