It was dry this afternoon after 10 hours of rain, so I think the re-seal was a success. Victor the leak is in the ceiling and is still winterized. We are heading south to sunny Southern California in a week, can't wait to get out of this rainy PNW

I'm am in Carlsbad, CA just north of San Diego. It's been clear and warm here.
