Title: Dash A/C controls don't shut-off completely

Hi Gang, I posted this on RV.net but thought I would ask here as well. The dash climate controls on our '07 Kodiak have never been able to turn off completely. Meaning, even in the off position there is always a little bit of air coming through the dash vents. It will be hot or cold depending on where the temp dial is set to.

Is this a vaccuum issue or something else?

Thanks.

Rich, mine did the same thing. Just no "off" and air continues to flow. I had the same type of system on a few other vehicles over the years (may all have been GM).

My 07 Jayco Greyhawk 32SS does this as well as just about every GM product I have ever owned.
