I have a Diesel Cummins Onan 7500 GENSET with the Onan EC30 Controller. I found that after the MH is connected to shore power for about a month, the EC30 causes the fuel pump to continuously prime until I manually reset it; then the following day it does it again. I searched the internet and I found that Onan EC30 firmware prior to version 2.0 was the cause. Mine is Version 1.5. In forums they talk about having the EC30 upgraded per Onan Bulletin 696.

I cannot locate Onan Bulletin 696. Can anybody help?

I believe that most of us have other auto starting controls than the EC30. Like you I did a search for the bulletin with no good results. May have to wait until after Christmas to contact Onan with the problem.
