I have purchased two (2) RV's from the State of Colorado, and in both cases, they have been "lemons," under the language of the typical lemon law.

Now I discover why buying an RV in Colorado can be risky.... it is most likely a "dumping ground" for manufacturers.... a brief description of the lemon law reads as follows....
"If you buy a vehicle with a manufacturer's warranty and it has a defect that cannot be repaired, you may have recourse under Colorado's Lemon Law. The Lemon Law covers only NEW self-propelled vehicles, including pickups and vans. Motor homes and motorcycles are excluded from the Lemon Law."
This will serve as a warning NOT to buy an RV in Colorado.
