My steps are not extending out when the door is opened. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

If the motor is trying to extend the stairs, it probably need a good lube job, or it could be that with your house batteries need a charge. We went through the same thing and $120 dollars to WD40 the steps was a little hard to take. Good Luck! Mike

I had an issue with ignition switch so if keys in ignition and on, step will open. My case keys out but ignition would not turn off all the way (engine off but air/heater motor stayed on) also check magnetic switch off screen door

Check the four terminal connector and the ground wire connected to the steps. Just make sure you are not directly under the steps when checking in case they decide to move; might not feel good!
