    Hi Victor,
Picked up my unit yesterday and the service writer said they put in a new radiator (new model). He said that the old ones were aluminum and they were ordered to repair them before replacement on warranty. He said that never worked because the radiator would fail again fairly soon. He told me mine was a whole new design.

Notice there is a lot of "he said"s up there. I have no idea but the leak appears to be fixed which is what I wanted.

    Regads,
    Bob

The new one is aluminum too. Try to fix the old one [re-crimping the seal] was a failed option - you already had to spend some 10 hours of labor why spend $300 to fix a $400 radiator? MAYBE they knew the crimp was bad and radiator shop may get it crimped correctly.

I got mine paid for by GMC and presumably have the new part installed.

We shall see - lots of failures on these.

Lets hope we both are sorted out for the coming years.

Is it just the diesel radiators that have the problem or do we gassers
    need to worry too?

Don't know, Greg. Mine is a diesel, 2008 Jayco Seneca 34SS.

Dunno for sure. We could take a radiator failure pole and see?

....and likely built on the same 2007 chassis as mine. As a "two-stage" vehicle most of the undercarriages are of the previous year....I.e. my 2008 Coach is on a 2007 chassis.
