Have you tried a turkey baster?

The batteries are so close to the top of the compartment, it is impossible to get your hand above them to remove the caps.

If the caps would come off, then a turkey baster might work but so far, the only method is to remove the batteries.

Thanks

I have a 6316 Gulfstream, battery compartment sucks (what moron designed it?) so I moved the batteries to the slide out tray below the passenger door where the chassis battery is works out great. Note that my rig is a gasser, had to move the engine battery in the tray but all 3 fit with some adaption not sure if you can get 4 in there if you have a diesel though but take a look.

I have a Gulfstream 6340, I assume the batteries are in similar place behind the propane tank. I used a Coleman lantern funnel. It is a small aluminum funnel about 3 inches high and 2 inches in diameter.

Hope this is helpful
