Dead house batts

I have never had any issues with my house batteries and I pick up my motor home today and they were essentially Dead. CW is looking at it today while they install my fantastic fan.
I am hoping it's just too much: corrosion on the battery terminals... I had to walk to 2 6 volt batteries while ago and everything's been Perfect.
