Should have done it this way from the start.

I was surprised at the conclusion that there is little MH warranty cost to the manufacturers since I've spent some time with the Editor a few years ago explaining that the warranty rates he found (2 to 3 %) were exceedingly high given all the components that are covered outside of the manufacturers warranty. Effectively, on a $100k MHm 60% or more could be covered by the manufacturers of the chassis, engine, AC, fridge, tires, furnace, microwave, tv, etc etc. That means the percentages are double or triple what appears using his calculation of warranty cost divided by selling price.
