Greg, could you elaborate on the hose carrier you added and how you
connected it to the rear bumper (our rear bumper has to be adjusted as
one side is an inch or so higher than the other and the and and inch of
so farther out from the body) as I'd like to consider doing the same
thing. In fact, a digital photo would be nice (you can attach it to a
message here).

We too found the hose holder useless and just keep it for a back up.
This is identical to the compartments in our Triple E, Journey and
Ambassador - all were totally useless as they could not store the hose
with the connectors on both ends. It demonstrated to us that THEY never
use THEIR products.

As to the 6 speed - we have it on ours (according to Jayco) as it was
added to the 2007 Kodiak. You might check to see if you have a very
early 2007 Greyhawk on a 2006 Kodiak. If you look at the GM August 2006
press releases from Chev them mention switching to the 6 speed as
standard. I have to say I will not be happy if I were to find ours was
a 5 speed. The only question is how to tell what you have. I may have
to get the serial number and call Allison.

Thanks

Don
