Kodiak mirror bolt covers.

The stock GM mirrors on our 2004 Kodiak have lost 6 bolt covers.
Called a GM dealer Monday. The price is $5 each with tax. Anyone have
a solution for these disappearing pieces of plastic. Also need to
replace cover for bolt that hold mirror to arm.
