Check those steps August 09, 2014, 07:52:16 am Yahoo Message Number: 13378Well - I wish this was the first time I had made this fix.So I am using the ladder to get to the roof, and I notice that one of the plastic end pieces has broken through. In the past I have used a zip tie as a quick temporary fix. This time I had some plastic end caps in the junk box.VLPRBS.2 Black Premier End Caps from factoryrvsurplus.com are what work on my Jayco. Here is a before and after. You can see the broken one on the left.Broken Ladder End.The only tricky thing is you want to make sure that the center screw goes all the way through the support pole to seat in the end of the ladder rung. If you see the ladder rung going off center of the support pole, then try again.KevinKevin (Real) McCoy [@KF5FUZ]("Roscoe Ventura" Jayco Seneca HD SS 34 Diesel 2006;"Toad" Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2007) Quote Selected
