hydroboost and pump getting really hot on my 2006 c5500 gulfstream e May 10, 2018, 08:31:55 am Yahoo Message Number: 16619Help! been following email but first time reaching out. My steering pump and hydroboost are getting really hot to the touch! how can I figure out what the issue is without throwing parts at it? So far I have flushed and changed filter, no help. It is affecting the brakes as heat transfer to master cylinder. I'm lost and so are the 2 or 3 mechanics I've taken it to. Thank youp.s. only 58,000 miles on the duramax, love the coach. Any one had this issue?Greg Quote Selected

But I would be concerned about power steering also. If you have good power steering. Then I would check to see why hydroboost is alway running to make it hot. Maybe a bad brake switch?BestRon Hall Quote Selected
