Front splash guards (mud flaps)

I have a 2006 C5500, has anyone had to replace the guards ??
If so where did you go or look for them. Called Chevy dealer and there is one he can get in Michigan for $68.
Sounds sort of pricey but no luck in other locations or truck stops.
