Rear View Camera 2005 6340 Gulfstream Endura

My rear view camera does not turn on all the time. It appears to be an electrical power supply issue or connection. If I place the gear shifter in R and it does not turn on, the power button also will not turn it on: and visa versa.

My question is does anyone else have this issue and does anyone know where the power for this system originates
