Inverter Question

If that's the case you probably only had the 400 watt inverter if it did not power the microwave, which was the case with units up until 07 and apparently a few early 08's. JAYCO upgraded in 08 and later, until production stopped, with the 1800 which ran both TV's and the micro.

That explains why Pete's unit was also under the bed, probably early 08 production as well.

When I did my Endura 6340. I put a transfer switch after the circuit breaker that feeds the passenger side of MH. The transfer switch normally closed side kept power from inverter to that side of MH. When connected to shore power the transfer switch sent power to that side of MH and disconnected inverter. Xantrax sells a transfer switch that works with their ProSine inverters. If you get a inverter with a transfer switch in it. You could hook up the circuit the same.
