Update on my 33DS fridge fire

It's been a while but I'm sure some of you remember the Norcold
fridge fire I had in May. Well the MH is still at the dealer, they
didn't pick it up until mid June, being repaired and looks like it
could be September before I will get it back, at this point in time I
don't know if I even want it.
Jayco was very helpful in the beginning but now is saying it is
an "act of god" even though we have not even owned it for a year yet
and it is still under warranty. Currently our insurance company is
covering costs and do say they do plan on going after Jayco for
reimbursment. We also still have all the recall issues of the past
year to be taken care of and have told the dealer we are not
accepting this rig until all issues are resolved and I can take it
down the road with some sort of confidence.

I really feel for those of you that are having issues with Jayco and
other manfacturers and the dealers because of their BS attitudes. I
really do like the layout of the rig but all the hastles a person has
to go through sure makes you have second thought about owning a MH.
Guess I'm stuck with it for now.
