Wire harness

Have an 08 Dutchmen 32B (Gas) and in cleaning I noticed both under the sink and Refrigerator, there are wire harness's with several 12v connectors on each one. Anyone know what they are for?

Will say I have had this coach for a year now and love it. Very few warranty issues had to be dealt with. Upgraded from a Gulf Stream Ultra GT 31 ft and would never own another Gulf Stream product ever again.
