So where is the best RV dealer in this section of Florida? I know Kathy
wants to go shopping for a day while we're here....it's what we always
end up doing. Of course she plans on retiring in February so I'm not
sure buying another RV is in the plans, but hey....it's doesn't cost to
look - MUCH!!!!

Take care,
Greg

Well, no question that you get the most "looking" bang for your time at Lazy Days. While in the area Bates and Longview are one exit east of LD on I-4.

It sure would be easy to get carried away in these places.

Happy hunting - oops, I mean viewing.

That's what I figured. There is also Orlando RV that I've seen
advertised, but haven't heard anything about them. We spent a day at
Lazy Days two years ago...actually two days as they put us up that night
in their park. Quite a place for sure. I saw Bates during a test drive,
but haven't been there.

After 30 years of this stuff who knows what it is :-) It's a bit
different this time though as income is going down instead of up now.

Looking at some class A's. Have thought about toy hauler fifth wheels
and regular fifth wheels, but need a truck too now and by the time I do
it all....well, it's pricey.

The downside is, in the class A's it's become more price shopping than
in the past so I'm looking at some gassers :-( Bounder, Georgetowns, etc
in the lower end of the spectrum.

Not sure about quality as we haven't crawled thru them all yet. Have
some knowledge of Bounders from previous looking, but Georgetown is new
to me. There is one that Kathy liked the floorplan on and it has two
required things; king bed and washer/dryer.

All so far are on Ford chassis with V-10. Worried a bit about GCVW, etc,
but still have homework to do.

I'll probably be buried still wishing for a DP :-)

Take care,
Greg
