My coach has a factory built in roller just forward of the 20k hitch but tail comes too close to contacting the ground on many occasions even when being extremely careful and taking grades at an angle..... Any ideas besides casters ? Also can't find a owners manual on line ... Have a big thick binder with all mfg components manuals but does not include coach systems ?

Do you have air bags in back. Increasing air pressure may help

The dash switch indicates inflate or deflate and is always in the inflate position. Should you deflate before leveling?

Not sure because I do not have air suspension. But Class A's deflate to level. Difference is they have bags all the way around. A call to Renegade or Freightliner may be needed.

We generally deflate before leveling. If you do not, your levelers may be forced to release depending upon the load and how level the ground is.

Your manual should have all of your coach and chassis elements covered in it. Ours too, has a huge binder, but everything we need is in it.
