Help please

We are trying to replace a mirrored closet door in our 2011 Embark 390Q. We have looked at all the forums and found lots of really good suggestions but so far none have worked for us. Even if we lift the doors the top wheels are positioned in a track they just fit in, no room to get out. We are hoping not to have to take out the top track but might have to. Does any one have any other ideas? We would probably doing something other than fix mirror but want to use the Embark in a trade.
