April 26, 2008, 11:33:03 pm Yahoo Message Number: 959In 1996, when a small group of Fleetwood Discovery owners started their club, Fleetwood retaliated with one of their own, trying to dilute the impact of our group. Fleetwood failed miserably, so much so that they began including information about our club in their new coaches. Eventually they were listening to us, using innovative ideas some of our members had for the new models, and even set up a grievance committee of owners and corporate to hear individual issues. At one time, there were over 1000 members. As Fleetwood improved the quality of the Discovery coaches, our membership dwindled to where today I'm told there are less than 50 members.
