2007 seneca 34ss main slide out issue

Recently the main slide out seems to be sticking to the top wall when I go to bring it in. there is a loud thud from the top and then it starts going in. Looking at the top of the main wall it is starting to rip at the plywood and the wallpaper. Is there adjusting that I could do or is this something that I need to bring into the shop. Thanks for the help!

I do not have a Jayco. But on my main slide there are adjustments to position slide in proper location. These adjustments can be seen under the slide when it is in out position.
