It waspretty straight forward, the filter was easily accessible by crawlingunder the driver's side door. It was easy to get a standard strap-type wrench onto the filter. I did lose a little transmission fluid(approx 8 fl. oz.). One note, don't forget to take the magnet fromthe old filter and insert it in the new one.
