Onan GenSet won't start

The Seneca stood for 3 months up here in Ontario. We are now back in it and cannot fire the Onan back up. No sounds, no clicks, no noise at all coming from it. Trying to start it on manual. There is enough fuel in the tank, the electricity is disconnected. We have primed it. Nothing, nada, zip! Help please.

I know it's a dumb question but do the house batteries have a charge in them?

A few years ago the battery connection inside the gen housing had come loose. This was the Onan 5500.

Yes house batteries are fully charged. I think DH wired the batteries up wrong, but he does not think so. We'll see tomorrow when we go to the dealership for a small repair issue.
