Transmission shift problem

Thought I'd post an issue I had yesterday with my chassis. In preparation for a weekend trip, I went to fuel up, but as I left I noticed that the speedometer wasn't working, along with the shift indicator bar being out. Speeding up, the speedometer wasn't working either. Frustrating to say the least.

I called an Allison transmission and they were able to get me right in. The tech found that there was power at the fuse, but no power to the transmission control unit - which we agreed would leave just the harness as the issue. The tech ran another power lead off the fuse panel over to the module plug to get me going.
