Don't know if anyone has seen this one or knows anything about this
particular rig but it looks to be a pretty good buy from just reading
the ad. It's a 2006 32ft Bigfoot/Kodiak. If it weren't so dang far
away I'd go look at it.

I saw a brand new 35(?) foot Jayco Seneca at www.rvdirect.com for $88k. They MSRP for approx $150k. You would need to pickup from them or pay to have delivered, but it sounds like a great deal!

Good Luck!

Denny,

Were you able to swing by and clear the snow away to check this rig out?

Bill,

We cruised thru Denver on New Years day after hours, and didn't stop.... and actually, there was NO snow in Denver...and with my past experience in purchasing two motorhomes in Colorado, both lemons, and Colorado with no lemon law, my DW reminded me of a prior commitment to NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER purchase another RV in Colorado!!

Denny,

God bless them... they keep us out of trouble time after time eh? ...
oh oh, she's not reading this is she? :-)

Shame on me too because I should have learned by now about Colorado's
"fame" in that regard from reading all the forums and in particular
your blog.

The website still shows the rig for sale so perhaps there's something
really obviously wrong with it. Sure must be something though as I
wouldn't have expected a rig of this caliber/price still on the market.

We looked at one last year at RV America north of Denver, same make and model, perhaps the same coach... found several warranty issues with it, but I still wanted to buy it. I pointed out the problems to the Sales manager, and his response was that they never fix anything on a motorhome until AFTER it is sold, then they do the warranty work. He mentioned another coach he had just sold a few days earlier. A $200,000 diesel pusher, brand new, that the new owner purchased, but refused to take possession of until it had been driven back to the plant in Red Bay, Al and had the entire roof replaced. With the buying public so stupid, we deserve what we get! (MY words, not his!!)
