Thinking of trading

Hey all,

I currently enjoy a 2007 Four Winds Chateau 34G on a 2006 Kodiak Duramax chassis.
I am considering a trade for a 2013/14 Jayco Seneca 37fs.
I like the floor plan (bunks desired with 4 kids under 7) and the chassis seems to fit my needs (towing Suburban toad) as well as the Kodiak does.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing before pulling the trigger. I have searched for truck conversions, Class A's etc and can't seem to find anything to fit the bill (at least in my price range). I don't really want to spend much more than the current deal for the Seneca which is $107k + my Four Winds.

I think I will be happy with the Seneca, and feel this is a nice upgrade to our current rig. I would appreciate any feedback and comments to further my education of this deal.
