Taillight bulb replacement. January 24, 2008, 05:57:56 pm Yahoo Message Number: 488The right directional signal bulbs are burnt or not working on ourEndura. Looks like most of the Kodiak Chassis MH use the same 4" roundlight. I removed one of them today. But cannot figure out how to getat the bulb. It appears the whole plastic assembly needs to bereplaced to fix the problem. I did check voltage. It is all the way toback of light.ThanksRon Hall Quote Selected
Re: Taillight bulb replacement. Reply #1 – January 25, 2008, 03:49:32 pm Yahoo Message Number: 491Ron, I thought someone might have replied to this by now. My Jaycodoes not have that type of lights. Mine are rectangular and "appear"to be the type you can change the buld on. I have not had to replace abuld, so I am not sure. However, I bought a new 14 ft utility trailerabout a year ago. It is a well built trailer, but I was surprised tofind out that it has the same type of "sealed" enclosure you aretalking about. I kept looking at it, tried this and tried that, but itjust is not made to come apart. I checked with the manufacturer andsure enough, it is made to remain sealed. Now, it works great and isvery water and mud proof, but is a "throw away" once a buld goes out. When I do have to replace one, I will go with the "LED" type.Mike, "Ron Hall" wrote: Quote Selected

Sure enough, they are throw-away.Got 2 assemblies and put them back in place. All is good. I got lightsagain. Looked at the LED units. Price was about $40 each. Think I cando better than that. My MH requires 4 of these lights. Quote Selected
