Exhaust hanger reply from Jayco June 14, 2008, 10:09:37 am Yahoo Message Number: 1224I told Les at Jayco that I figured that my wonderful job fixing the hanger may be causing a whine. I was rather pleased with his response (below). At times I get the feeling Jayco isn't listening but Les sure seems to alter that opinion whenever I have contact with him.I found his comment on the drive shaft interesting. I can probably test that pretty quickly by taking off my chain links and wire. If the whine/loud hum disappears I'll know that was it. INow the PITA trying to identify a local exhaust specialist. Most are for cars and that is not what I need - I don't think? Then, if we need a driveshaft specialist, more fun.Don Quote Selected

I think a reinforced rubber hanger is the key to isolating noise and vibration, as well as a down turned exhaust tip (Gibson) to divert fumes and soot.CraigFrom: KodiakChassisClassC@yahoogroups.com [mailto:KodiakChassisClassC@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of grandriver125@...Sent: Saturday, June 14, 2008 11:51 AMTo: KodiakChassisClassC@yahoogroups.comSubject: Re: [KodiakChassisClassC] Exhaust hanger reply from JaycoThanks.
