Step Switch Not Killing Power to Step

Hello All,

When we turn the switch so that the step will always remain down, it does not - It keeps going up and down when the door opens and closes...The lights turn off when the switch is moved, but for some reason the power isnt being killed at the step.

Anyone have this issue before? Endura 6316

I have the same vehicle. The steps started operating weird. I forget exactly what they were doing, but eventually stopped working, stuck in the up position. Turned out that both the controller and motor were toast from corrosion. Replace under extended warrantee.
