Four Winds fresh water tank October 20, 2008, 10:57:11 pm Yahoo Message Number: 1846Got a reply back from Stoney Thornburg, Four Winds Customer ServiceAdvisor. Along with it was a disclaimer that the contents were not tobe displayed on internet or passed on to others, is this covering yourass ??!!!He thanked me for the photos and said they hadn't run into this beforebut from the photos and the description all I needed to do was try andbend it out with a pair of pliers to where it didn't rub. Happy Campingthat was it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wrote back and am waiting... I asked shouldn't this be covered bywarranty and fixed by someone that knows what they are doing, whatwould of happened if I hadn't noticed the problem and it would of gonecompletely through the tank. I sent this to him and he cc'ed twoother people with his return to me so I sent it to them also. Quote Selected
Re: Four Winds fresh water tank Reply #1 – October 20, 2008, 11:37:31 pm Yahoo Message Number: 1847Pathetic customer service isn't it? I have yet to take my Four Winds in for service, I find it is much easier to fix the problems myself. Fortunately I have the skills and knowledge to do this. I'm not saying it is right, just less stress for me. I have had the chassis in for service, but that was a GM issue. Quote Selected
