Put your charger on one of the lugs under red plastic cover. I personally would use my converter to charge house batteries and use a trik-L-charge for the coach batteries. If your converter does not have charge wizard get one.
Dex3 is proper fluid for power steering. There is a filter inside tank that should be changed. This also supplies oil for your hydro-boost brakes.

Added note: Power Steering pump supplies boost for your brakes when engine is running. When engine not running boost is supplied by electric pump under brake master cylinder. Both use oil in power steering reservoir.
